Short pulse high power laser with the fundamental wavelength ~1030 nm and pulse duration tunable in the range at least 200 fs to 10 ps. Pulse repetition rate at least 1 MHz with possibility to decrease the rate. 2^nd and 4^th harmonics of the fundamental wavelength, wavelength tunable 190 nm – 2500 nm.
