The RC 200-1 film coating system is designed for applying thin films onto web materials up to 200 mm in width and up to 600 meters in length, using magnetron sputtering under vacuum conditions.

Web materials: PET, PC, PMMA, and TPU plastic foils, as well as metallic foils such as copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), and others. Various inorganic materials can be deposited, including oxides and nitrides, with film thicknesses up to 1 micron. The system supports four process gases: H2, N2, Ar, and O2. Web heating up to 350?°C is available during deposition, allowing for improved film adhesion and material properties.
