FLS1000-DD-stm Spectrometer from Edinburgh Instruments with the following accessories:

Excitation source: Ozone-generating 450 W continuous xenon lamp with spectral range 200 nm - >1000 nm

Monochomators: double excitation and double emission monochromator, focal length 2 x 325 mm, Slits: 0 mm - 11 mm, fully computer-controlled, bandpass is grating dependent. Accuracy +/- 0.2 nm, resolution 0.05 nm, minimum step size - 0.01 nm.

Detectors: Photomultipliers (Gated Cooled Red PMT or High Speed Red Detector) with a spectral coverage from approx. 200 nm to ~870 nm.

Optics: lens or mirror optics, according to the needed application and type of sample

Integrating sphere: 120 mm diameter.
